Connecticut Construction Jobs Get Stimulated
Several Connecticut construction jobs will soon be created thanks to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The jobs and funding also will help provide clean drinking water to state residents.
The State of Connecticut has received almost million in federal economic stimulus money for state and municipal projects that will improve drinking water. The Environmental Protection Agency issued .5 million to the Connecticut Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and 5,000 to the state’s Water Quality Management and Planning Program.
